The Takenaka Total Package System (TPS) is the integration of a full range of consulting, design, engineering and construction services performed under a single point  responsibility. From initial feasibility study, through the
design and construction process to the final commissioning
and ongoing maintenance, TPS takes care of the client in the best traditions of Japanese service. The result is a reduction in overall cost and time with an improvement in both quality and performance brought about by our integrated project teams.

Our in-house expertise enables us not only to agree a lump
sum budget at a very early stage, but also to develop detailed design progressively. In this way, packages of work tailored
to the ability of specialised subcontractors can be tendered
early, thereby overlapping the design, tender and construction sequence to achieve higher quality in a shorter timescale.

Through our TPS we are able to exercise quality control at all stages of a project. Our quality system promotes excellence with control achieved through personal responsibility as well as formal checking documentation. TPS and our Total Quality Control are inextricably linked and together they are the major reason for our success.
