Since Takenaka Europe was founded in 1973 in Düsseldorf, Germany, business has expanded to most of the European countries and in 1983 Takenaka entered into the Netherlands.

Having gained substantial experience over a number of years
and having created an appreciation for our work in Europe, we
are meeting a growing demand for our services from both European and International organisations. In the major cities throughout Europe, we have established a network of offices, offering expertise to the needs of clients and enabling us to
deliver the Takenaka service wherever it is needed.

With offices in Amsterdam and Maastricht and professionally qualified staff across a wide range of disciplines, Takenaka Netherlands provides integrated project teams to manage and control the design and construction process. The project
manager serves as the prime contact with the client, 

 

 

 

providing total coordination between design, engineering, scheduling, estimation, purchasing and construction. The client is kept up to  date with the project developments without having to become deeply involved in deliveries and schedules, without having to meet with a multitude of sales representatives, architects, engineers and contractors to explain repeatedly what he needs.

With our total package of services, the client is able to save valuable time on the project and avoids being passed around from consultant to architect to contractor, wondering who is responsible.

Through team-work, a thorough understanding of the process and a "right first time" attitude, Takenaka Netherlands can offer clients quality, efficiency and the assurance that their project will be completed safely, to the specified standards, within budget and on time.
